Santiago has been a practicing lawyer since 1993, having developed his professional activity as the in-house legal counsel for multinational companies and as a practising lawyer. Between 2010 and 2015, he was the director of the legal department of the Spanish Footballers' Association (AFE).

He specializes in sports and business law, with a focus on civil and commercial law matters.

Between 2012 and 2016, he sat as a member of the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber and the RFEF-AFE and LFP-AFE Mixed Committees. He has also acted as a member of the Mixed Committee for the Transformation of Clubs into SAD (Sports Companies) under Spain’s Supreme Sports Council.

He is a regular speaker at national and international congresses, conferences and round tables in sports law, as well as a lecturer on masters and postgraduate courses.

Josep is an international sports lawyer with more than 15 years of experience acting for athletes, clubs, national associations, leagues, agents, and coaches in front of the different dispute resolution bodies and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (Switzerland).

He graduated in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona), holds a master's in International Business and EU Community Law from Universite de Paris I (Sorbonne), a postgraduate in Andorran Law from Universitat d’Andorra, and is currently studying a Taxation degree at Instituto de Empresa (Madrid).

He sits as a member of the Evaluation Committee of LaLiga and is also a member of the Ethics Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF).

In January 2023, he was appointed as a judge on the FIA Cost Cap Adjudication Panel (Formula 1 and Formula-E).

He is a lecturer/visiting professor on Sports Law at Universities around the world and a member of the editorial board of LawInSport. He has also published multiple articles and authored several books on sports law.

Javier Paredes combines his experience as a lawyer with his life as an elite professional athlete, from which he retired in September 2017 after more than fifteen years as a professional footballer with different First and Second Division clubs.

Javier is now focused on providing the best service to his clients, and he does it with the same determination he had on the pitch. He is also the vice president of the Sports Law Association of Aragon (Spain).

In addition to his Law Degree, Javier holds a Diploma in Specialisation in Banking and Investment Law from UNED and an MBA in Sports Entities Management.

Saksham is an International Sports lawyer. After having graduated as a lawyer in 2016, he worked as a litigating lawyer in commercial and taxation matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Lower Courts in India.

In 2023, he was also appointed FIFA pro bono counsel.

After this, he moved to Spain to pursue a Masters in Sports Management and Legal Skills offered by the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE Barcelona, 2019-20).

Having joined the firm of founding partner Josep F. Vandellòs in 2020, he currently continues as a senior associate at UNO | ONE LEGAL PARTNERS, where he works on the resolution of sports disputes before international sports arbitration authorities, mainly FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Saksham regularly advises on regulatory, disciplinary, commercial and contractual issues in football, including the drafting of employment contracts, representation agreements and transfer agreements. He also represents athletes, clubs and associations in tennis, boxing, mixed martial arts, skiing and fencing.

He is co-author and co-editor of the book “Sporting Succession in Football”, published in September 2022 by the Sports Law and Policy Centre.

Irene Aguiar is a lawyer specializing in Spanish and international sports law. She is based in Madrid.

Graduated in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid and with a Master's degree in Law and Sports Management from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), Irene joined the founding partner Santiago Nebot firm in 2020.

She consistently provides counsel to athletes, clubs, agents, professional leagues, sports federations, and public sports administrations on regulatory, disciplinary, commercial, contractual, electoral, and governance matters across various sports. She has acted before various dispute resolution bodies, including the Administrative Court of Sport and the High Council of Sports in Spain; the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland; and RFEF, UEFA, and FIFA.

Furthermore, she is an instructor for disciplinary proceedings in several sports, a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Handball Federation, an arbitrator of the European Handball Court of Arbitration, and a member of different electoral boards.

Irene has also provided advice on various legislative processes related to sports in different countries. In Spain, she has been part of the regulatory development committee for the new Sports Law 39/2022, specifically in relation to the sanctioning and disciplinary regime.

Irene is a lecturer in different sports law programs at ISDE, La Liga Business School, and the American University of El Cairo, and she is the author of several sports law publications. She is co-author and co-editor of the book "Critical Comments on the New Spanish Sports Law 39/2022", published in 2023.

Joaquín has been in private practice since 2001, primarily focusing on administrative law, specifically in the construction, public works, and services sectors. He has worked, among others, for companies such as Acciona Medio Ambiente S.A., Acciona Servicios Urbanos, etc.

He also has experience in sports and labor law as an external advisor to the Spanish Footballers' Association (AFE) and several mutual insurance companies for accidents at work.

In recent years, he has developed an extensive practice in the entertainment and public entertainment sectors, advising and acting for various promoters and associations of music festivals and concerts, administrations and public law entities, as well as event organizers.

Sonia Olmos is a legal advisor in sports and public procurement. Her passion for sports law led her to start her career before finishing her studies, following an internship at the Fundación Deporte Joven, attached to Spain’s Supreme Sports Council (CSD), and collaborating with different companies and sports federations.

Her education and training include a degree in Law from the Universitat de Valencia, a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, a Master's Degree in Sports Law from the University of Lleida and a Master's Degree in Public Contracts and Compliance from the University of Valencia.

Sonia also holds the title of Sports Mediator, recognized by the Ministry of Justice and the Spanish Sports Council. She is currently preparing her PhD thesis in sports law.

She is also a lecturer at congresses, conferences and round tables and has contributed articles to recognized journals in the field of sport.

Ana has been a lawyer in civil and sports law for twenty-three years. During that time, she has advised many clubs, players, agents, and other parties involved in the world of sport, and has conducted civil and sports proceedings before both ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, not only in Spain but also abroad.

She is a lecturer in several Masters in Sports Management and Sports Law at Universities (UCAM, URJC, CEU...) and business schools (ESBS-Fundación Valencia, FC), she has participated in various conferences and round tables on sports issues and has been a TFM tutor at La Liga Business School and UCAM.

She holds the title of expert ICAV-CEU-UCH in mediation and conflict management and acts as a Mediator for the CMICAV (Mediation Centre of the Valencia Bar Association) and the Valencia Provincial Council. Besides, she collaborates with IEMEDEP (Spanish Institute for Sports Mediation and Peacefulness).

She received an ISDE Award for Legal Excellence in 2017.
